As a mom, neonatal nurse, and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) professional, I am passionate about supporting parents through the challenges and transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
My work is rooted in both professional expertise and personal lived experience. After navigating my own journey with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, experiencing trauma, and facing a lack of accessible resources and support, I developed a deep understanding of how isolating the perinatal period can feel. Those experiences, combined with my years of advocacy in the perinatal mental health space, inspired me to pursue specialized education and training in perinatal mental health, birth and reproductive trauma and support after pregnancy and infant loss.
With extensive additional training in perinatal mental health and parent support, I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-informed care that helps parents feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where families can process their experiences, build coping strategies, and access meaningful resources without judgement.
I believe that no parent should have to navigate pregnancy, postpartum challenges, trauma, or loss alone. Through education, advocacy, and personalized support, I am here to help families find hope, healing, and confidence in their journey.
